Your safety and welfare
All our halls are well managed
We're registered with the Universities UK Student Accommodation Code so you can be sure that our halls of residence are well managed. And we really care about health and safety, maintenence and our relationship with you.
They're safe and secure
All our halls are protected by CCTV and your flat will have an intercom door system. So they're really safe and secure. There are also a number simple steps you can take to improve security in your flat.
We've got specially adapted rooms
If you're a disabled student, we've got some specially adapted rooms, particularly if you're a wheelchair user, have a mobility difficulty or are hearing impaired.
Contact us to discuss your needs, so we can make sure you have the best possible experience living in halls.
Our door is always open
Moving away from home and into halls can be really scary, so our staff are on duty 24 hours a day to help you settle in.
We're here to give you help and support, for big problems or little ones, whether they're to do with your accommodation or not.
So if you need someone to talk to or just need an excuse to leave your room, come and find us or, in an emergency, call the emergency phone at your hall of residence.
