We're constantly investing in better student living by upgrading our accommodation on a rolling improvement programme. In the last two years we've spent £1m improving kitchens and bathrooms and we plan to spend a further £1m in the next two years on kitchens, bathrooms and bedroom furniture.

- Hall staff are on hand to help from the cleaners and caretakers to the Hall Managers and the Welfare Officer.
- Cleaners clean the communal areas in your flat once a week
- Our caretakers and estates staff deal with maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
