Our student code of conduct
Make sure you read our student code of conduct for living in halls
It's intended to make sure that our procedures for maintaining reasonable behaviour in halls are fair.
Here's a summary of our Student Code of Conduct:
- You're expected to behave in accordance with our rules and regulations.
- We expect you to respect the needs of everyone in halls and the rights of other students to live and study without undue disturbance.
- You should behave with good sense, have consideration for others and respect their differences, and take care of our facilities and services
- You should not bring us into disrepute.
- If you behave in an unacceptable way you'll be subject to our disciplinary procedure.
- If you feel that you've been a victim of inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour, you can use our complaints procedure or grievance procedure (PDF, 21.6kb).
