En suite rooms (Derby and Buxton centre)
En suite rooms are in flats for four to six people in Derby and four to eight people in Buxton. They have their own toilet, wash basin and shower.There is a shared kitchen for all flatmates.
Standard rooms (Derby city centre)
Standard rooms are in flats for four to six people. There is a shower room, toilet and kitchen for flatmates to share .
En suite plus rooms (Derby city centre)
At Sir Peter Hilton Court there are 96 en suite plus rooms. Each room has it's own toilet, wash basin and shower plus a mini fridge . En suite plus rooms are in flats for six people. There is a shared kitchen and TV lounge for all flatmates.
Standard rooms (Lonsdale Hall)
Standard rooms at Lonsdale Hall are in flats for seven people. There are two shower rooms, two toilets and a kitchen for flatmates to share .
Standard plus rooms (Lonsdale Hall only)
Standard plus rooms at Lonsdale Hall are in flats for seven people to share. There are two shower rooms, two toilets, a kitchen and a TV lounge for flatmates to share.
Adapted rooms for students with disabilities
En suite rooms can be specially adapted for students with disabilities. Contact us to discuss your needs. These rooms are not available at Lonsdale Hall in Derby.

Every kitchen has:
