Portland Lodge is a traditional building just across the road from the Pavilion Gardens and a short walk to the railway station and the Buxton campus.
All rooms are en suite and are decorated to a high standard. Each room has a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, telephone, TV aerial point, study desk, internet broadband, a bedside lamp and curtains.

En suite room: £106.47 a week (£4,258.80 for a 40 week contract)

Communal facilities
The Portland Lodge provides a communal facilty with microwave ovens, fridge freezers, kettles and a sink. There is also a separate breakfast area with comfortable seating.
Cleaning
Communal areas at Portland Lodge are cleaned by our cleaners but your room and en suite shower and toilet are your responsibility.
Car parking
If you're bringing your car with you, you can apply for an annual parking permit for £250 (2012/13). You'll need to apply early to get a permit. We'll email you a parking permit application form with your offer of a room. Please note there are only 9 car parking spaces available at Portland Lodge.
