If you're going away for a few days please remember to tell us.
Maintenance requests
Need some maintenance work doing? Does something in your flat need mending? Report it to us now so we can respond quickly and efficiently.
Remember if it is an emergency maintenance issue i.e your flat is flooded etc, please ring your hall mobile number straight away rather than reporting it online.
Having a visitor?
Let us know if you are having a visitor to stay with you. We need to know in case there is a fire or other emergency. You can have one guest , who is 18 or over to stay two nights out of any seven. You must take full responsibility for your guest while he or she is in halls.
Does your visitor need parking? Find out about local parking. If you are having a visitor - tell us now.
Going away?
Let us know if you're going to be away from halls for a few days, so we're not looking for you if there is a fire or other emergency.
