System requirements
So that your computer can talk to our online room application system, make sure you follow these guidelines
- You'll need a minimum of Internet Explorer and unfortunately, our system doesn't support other browsers like Safari, Firefox or Opera.
- Turn off your pop up blocker. to do this go to Internet Options, then to Privacy and untick the pop up blocker box.
- If you're using a PC at work you may not be able to access these pages as your employer's settings may not be compatible with the type of pages on our online application system. Try again using your PC at home.
- If you're using Vista, Windows 7 or 8, add https://studentliving.derby.ac.uk to your trusted zones, or temporarily turn off the protected mode under the security tab.
