Cancellation terms and conditions
Before you move into halls
If you wish to cancel your application before you've moved in, let us know by email as soon as possible.
We'll retain £25 of your booking fee and refund the balance to the card you paid with unless you tell us otherwise.
What happens if I don't get a place at Derby?
If you have a conditional offer and don't get the grades you need to come to Derby, don't worry, please contact us so we can refund the full amount of your booking fee.
What happens if I can't get a visa to study at Derby?
If you're an international student and you have been refused a travel visa, please contact us so we can refund your booking fee. You'll need to send us proof that your visa has been refused before we refund the money.
After you've moved into halls
You're contracted to stay in halls until the end of your agreement.
