STOP PRESS: No more en suite rooms left at Derby halls for September 2013 but there are still standard rooms left in Derby halls and there are also still some en suites left at High Peak Halls in Buxton.
Most first year students live in halls because they're a short walk from the campus and they're safe and good value.

Our halls are comfortable, safe and convenient. They are made up of purpose built, self contained flats and have excellent facilities including:
- a well equipped kitchen that you'll share with your flatmates
- a shared bathroom or en suite facilities, depending on the hall you choose
- on site 24 hour staff cover, security and CCTV
- a coin operated laundry
- on site car parking (at an extra cost)
- free bike storage.
