Jean Mutton - Student Experience Project Manager
I'm currently working on several projects employing service design techniques to improve the student experience. This work involves talking to staff from around the University to find out how our systems and processes operate holistically but most importantly asking the students themselves what really matters to them and adds 'value' to their experience. The International Student Transition Project builds on the recent JISC-funded enrolment project and aims to review and enhance the early transition of international students from initial contact through to readiness for teaching and learning. Another project is reviewing the support we give to staff and students to enhance student employability and personal development planning.
