» Can I submit my assignment earlier than the deadline date?
Your assignment can be submitted before the due date. When you submit an assignment you'll receive an originality report which details potential areas of poor referencing and plagiarism. If you submit early you'll have enough time to read this originality report and make any necessary changes and then resubmit your work in time.
» Can I withdraw my assignment and resubmit a different version?
You can resubmit as many times as you like until the due date. Any submissions made will overwrite your previous submission.
» Can I attach multiple files?
No. You can only submit a single file per assignment. Therefore, any supporting information, references or appendices should be added to your assignment in one document.
» Will I receive confirmation that my assignment has been received?
You'll receive an email to your Unimail account after submission. This is your receipt and proof that your assignment has been submitted successfully.
» What file types can I submit?
There are some restrictions on what you can submit, these are:
- Only Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, PostScript, PDF, HTML, RTF and plain text files will be accepted.
- Files must be no larger than 20MB in size.
- Documents can be no longer than 400 pages.
» Do I need to email my lecturer and tell them I've submitted?
No. Your lecturer will know that you've submitted your work, so you don't need to email them yourself.
» What If I start submitting my assignment before the deadline and it takes longer than I thought to submit so I miss the deadline time?
If you miss the submission deadline your assignment will be regarded as late and your grade will be capped at a D- (though only if you submit within 7 days after the deadline).
The submission process will take a few minutes, so please leave enough time for submission.

» My computer crashed while I was submitting. How do I tell if my assignment has been submitted?
You'll receive an email receipt to your Unimail account when your assignment has been submitted successfully, if you haven't received the receipt try submitting again.
