» Convert an excel spreadsheet to a PDF
When using Microsoft Excel 2010 you'll be able to convert an Excel spreadsheet to a PDF. All on site computers have Office 2010 so you can use the University computers to convert your files.
- Open an Excel file that you want to convert to PDF format.
- Click on the File tab at the top left hand side.
- Click on Save as in the menu.
- As with any other file being saved, you can choose a file name and a location.
- In the Save as type click on the drop down menu and select PDF.
- Click Save.
- To save multiple sheets in the worksheet, highlight the tabs of the worksheets you want to include in the before saving the file.
- Use the PDF file to submit to TURN IT IN.
