Can't log in to online enrolment?
This could be because:
All students
- If you are trying to access enrolment from a work based computer, the site will be firewalled due to its confidentiality. Please try again from a home based pc/laptop.
- Your current password may have expired. Please use the passeord on your invitation to enrol email or reset your password through UDO.
- Please ensure you're inputting the password as it shows on the email (2 upper case letters, 4 lower case letters and 2 numbers).
- Once modules have been added, you will be unable to access online enrolment. You will have the opportunity to add or remove modules at confirmation.
- You're being directed to the Student Centre because:
- You've already completed online enrolment
- You've got a financial block on your account (returning students)
- You've not yet completed the admissions process (new students).
Returning students
- You're presented with a message saying:
"Online enrolment is not available to you at this point. This may be because you do not currently have enough credits to progress to the next stage".
Please contact your programme leader for further details. Your access may be released after the September resit boards, allowing you to enrol online before you arrive. If not, you'll be able to undertake this process on campus.
