If you're an advanced practitioner or you're working towards advanced practice status in a role that involves high level decision making and problem solving tasks, our MSc Advanced Practice is for you:

• We've developed our MSc Advanced Practice in partnership with NHS colleagues from the East Midlands, so you can be sure you'll receive learning that will benefit your service delivery and enhance your patient care and the future development of the NHS.
• Many of the modules are available through distance learning, so you can study at a time and place to suit you.
• If studying the full masters seems too much for you, then you can study specifc awards or take stand alone modules as part of your professional development.

The interim awards you can gain if you don't want to study the full MSc are:

• Postgraduate Certificate in Osteoporosis and Falls Management 
• Postgraduate Certificate in Bone Densitometry Reporting 
• Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership for Healthcare Improvement 
• Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in Advanced Practice 
• Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in Medical Ultrasound 
• Postgraduate Certificate in Management of Long Term Conditions. 

There is a lot of flexibility regarding the modules you can choose - you don't have to select all your modules from a certain area in most cases. However for some of the specialist modules, you may need to be working in a specific area or to have taken other modules first.
