Image capture policy
In accordance with the University of Derby policy on image capture we must inform you that some of our onsite events may be photographed and/or videoed and/or otherwise captured in image form.

Please can you read and sign the form, identifying any students who can not be photographed/videoed and bring with you on the day of the event.
