Kevin Shirtcliffe
In my role as Further Education Liaison Officer, I work with local schools and colleges to provide information about Buxton College and the courses we offer. In particular, I work closely with the Peak 11 schools to raise awareness of post 16 opportunities with the aim of attracting students to study at Buxton.
My background is in 11-16 teaching and mobile application development so I am also tasked with creating and delivering a range of interactive activities for school pupils to be delivered at open evenings, career fairs and in classroom based workshops.
