Behaviour Management - Non-accredited CPD - University of Derby

Behaviour Management

Various levels of CPD package can be designed to suit staff roles and numbers including whole school, leadership and pastoral teams, support staff and classroom practitioners.

The three popular core elements are:

  • developing staff knowledge and skills
  • developing key staff as behaviour mentors and
  • quality assuring your own behaviour mentors in their work to support all staff.

All of these programmes are designed with impact on pupils in mind. Those delivering the programmes will meet with senior leaders to discuss what this desirable impact might be and how it might be evaluated.

A combined package of activities could support professional development sessions with a larger group of staff (20 – 30 plus) plus further development of a small group (e.g. six) of behaviour mentors to work together to implement the school’s behaviour policy.

Content can be tailored in cost, duration and design depending on the school and staff requirements.

Bespoke CPD packages are competitively priced according to your unique requirements.
