What our students say

Catherine Newton, one of our current students
"From studying Education Studies as a Joint Honours subject, it has opened my eyes to the many aspects of education and has helped me to see how education relates to my other subject area. From having knowledge in more than one specialist area, I have gained transferable skills which I can use when applying for and getting a job in the future. This opportunity has given me a deeper insight into what I want to do at the end of my degree, and the diverse knowledge base has opened many doors to me already."

Angela, mature student
"I loved the course. It was good to do Education Studies as well as another subject because it gave you a broad picture and kept your options open. The modules were all different and so interesting - they made me think about education, myself and what i wanted to do in the future. The tutors were great - very supportive and encouraging and always ready to help you."
