Good relationships don't just happen; they require nurturing and hard work to create and maintain. They play a key role in supporting and extending children's development and learning along with ensuring the practitioners' healthy mind. 

This event gives all practitioners the opportunity to explore the joys and challenges of building and maintaining good relationships. We'll explore working relationships with the Child, the Parent and the Practitioner.

Who is it aimed at?

All early years practitioners who would like to heighten and evaluate their interactions in working relationships. All practitioners working with children and families who would like to discover new methods for delivery and practice. 

What will you get out of the day?

This conference will inspire practitioners to reflect and review relationships and to develop best practice techniques. There will be an opportunity to meet other professionals, share ideas and visions for the future.
