We offer a wide range of continuing professional development courses for a range of staff in any educational setting. Many are accredited and at different levels to match your staff needs. Others are non-accredited stand-alone units or mini-courses. We can also create and deliver development activities tailored to your educational priorities and staff requirements.

Improve your professional expertise

Foundation Degree: Children and Young People's Services with the opportunity to progress towards Early Years Professional status and initial teacher education.
MA Education including a range of specialist pathways if you choose to study on campus.
MA Education: Guidance Studies (online only).
MA Leadership Coaching recognised by the Association of Coaching and focused on inspiring leadership, building relationships and developing individuals and teams at work.
MBA Education Leadership which is a new course for senior leaders and those with established management experience.

Work alongside colleagues

We also work with schools to design and implement customised programmes of study that meet school and individual development priorities from CPD activities to masters level study. Each cohort may be comprised of a single school group or colleagues from a family of schools, federation or Trust.

Contribute to your 'lifelong learning'

You can also choose to do further research at masters and doctoral level, to achieve MPhil, PhD or our Doctor of Education qualification.
