Assent
Assent is a quarterly journal of contemporary poetry which publishes the work of UK and overseas writers. It's included work of highly regarded poets including Simon Armitage, Sujata Bhatt and U.A. Fanthorpe. Re-launched in 2010 by Irish Poet and Oxford Academic Bernard O'Donoghue, it also covers work by our graduates.
Degree show readings
On Wednesday 8 June, Stefanie Seaton, Sarah Brown and Rob Hodkinson, who are current and graduate students, will be reading a selection of their work as part of our Festival of Creativity.
The evening starts at 7pm in the café at our Markeaton Street site.
