About the event

Coaching is a skill set that will enhance any manager or leaders capability. To be coached can bring to a person's awareness what may sometimes be beyond what they believe they are capable of.

As we face times of business uncertainty we can find ourselves wondering "what next?"

We had an evening with two experts who enlightened us to the art of leadership coaching, understanding how to release organisation and people potential. Our speakers offered their perspective on how coaching can support leaders through current market challenges, drawing on current research and case studies.
