The University of Derby are one of the first centres to be approved by CIPD to run our qualifications in line with the new membership and qualification framework.
This means once you've completed the MSc, CIPD will recognise you've fully satisfied the knowledge criteria for Chartered Membership status.
About the CIPD (Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development)
The CIPD is Europe's largest HR and development professional body. It is a globally recognised brand, with over 135,000 members, which prides itself on supporting and developing those responsible for the management and development of people within organisations. It aims to drive sustained organisation performance through HR, shaping thinking, leading practice and building capability within the profession.
The CIPD have recently been moving through an exciting period of change introducing new professional development tools, qualifications adn routes to CIPD membership in line with substantial changes in the HR profession.
