About the course

You will build on and develop the knowledge you've already gained on your HND or foundation degree in business with a further stage of study which results in a full honours degree - BA (Hons) Business Management.

The classes are taught on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6-9pm), or Thursday afternoon and evening (2 - 9pm)*. Its flexibility means that you can choose to complete the degree in 18 months or over two years. You can even extend it over a further year if this suits you better.

Covering global and strategic management issues, you'll also study the specialist areas of management and leadership and marketing.

Your career

This degree gives you an excellent grounding in business, and you'll be ready for a career in a variety of areas.  You could be an operations manager, business analyst, business development manager, HR officer.  Past students now work for a wide range of companies from multinationals like Barclays and Shell, to small independent businesses.  Some have even set up their own company on graduation.

If you're currently employed, the subjects you study on this degree will undoubtedly help your career prospects.

As a part time student you are not allowed to study more than 90 credits each year. Each module is worth 15 credits, which is equivalent to six modules.
