Anne-Maria's career since graduating
Anne-Maria is Associate Director of Children's Community Services for Leicester City NHS Primary Trust, and achieved top marks in her MBA at Derby. She examined recent changes in her own workplace and looked at staff reactions to local NHS changes put in place by the Government. Her research was accepted by the British Academy of Management as a conference paper for September 2008 and has been submitted to the Strategic Change Journal - a remarkable achievement.
