Creative Exchange course terms and conditions
Courses
Owing to our commitment to continuous improvement we reserve the right to change the course content and/or trainers.
We cannot guarantee to run a course if there are fewer than six delegates booked onto it. In the event that a course has to be cancelled due to low delegate numbers, we will endeavour to give a minimum of 10 working days’ notice of cancellation. This notice period will apply to all course cancellations.
Confirmation and Payment
On receipt of your booking, a confirmation letter will be sent and an invoice will be raised, payment must be received within 30 days from the receipt of invoice.
Bookings
Places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. If there are no places on the date selected then you may transfer your booking to an alternative date
Cancellation
All cancellations of course bookings must be made in writing, this may be in the form of an e-mail, fax or letter; a phone call will not be accepted as a means of cancellation. All bookings will remain on our system until written confirmation is received.
Cancellations will incur the following charges:
- More than 28 days before the course, you will be entitled to a 90% refund
- 15-28 days before the course, you will be entitled to a 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before the course you will not be entitled to a refund
- The full course fee will be charged for any delegates not attending/who do not arrive for a course for which a place has been booked.
Transfers
You may transfer to a different date for the course, provided that there is space available and we receive 28 days notice before the initial course is due to run.
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is generally acceptable. Notification should be given at least one working day in advance.
