2D animation using Adobe Flash CS4

Course description

The course will give you a foundation in creating simple animations in two dimensions using Adobe Flash CS4. 

You will learn how to optimise animated short films for the web.  We will also cover offline uses.

The course is delivered with emphasis on real world techniques and
experience. This is a hands on practical course delivered in our Adobe Authorised Training Centre.

You will learn how to:

• Use the timeline
• Use layers
• Use frames
• Add text
• Create vector graphics
• Use symbols and the library
• Add bitmap images from other sources
• Motion tweening
• Shape tweening
• Storyboard
• Create your own animation and publishing

Who should attend?

The course is ideal for professionals who would like to move into animation, or those who have experience of film making and would like to improve their IT skills. Students should have some experience of editing pictures using IT. This course is for beginners in Flash only.
