What is a Zero Balancing session like?
A Zero Balancing session lasts between 20–40 minutes. Clients remain fully clothed, and the work is done with
them at first sitting, and then lying on their back on a massage couch. The working focus in Zero Balancing is the relationship between the structure of the bones and joints and the energy flowing through them.
Zero Balancing uses specific finger pressure and held stretches called fulcrums. A fulcrum provides a point of stillness around which energy and structure can reorganise. It takes a person into a place of refreshing relaxation, which can bring about a profound experience
of well-being and body-felt unity. This offers the opportunity to let go of unease and pain and to experience new levels of integration. The touch used in Zero Balancing has a characteristic clarity, which is pleasurable to receive.
