Tissue Viability in End of Life Care

About this module

During this free one day CPD workshop you’ll consider the issues of trying to provide comfort for patients during the dying phase and our changing priorities around prevention of harm from skin tissue damage.

The importance of recognising the end of life phase and of comfort measures as a priority over skin integrity and wound healing will be considered to enhance the role of the health care professional in supporting a peaceful and comfortable death.
