About this course

Successful outcomes for children and young people stem from strong leadership and management skills in education, which can inspire and motivate teams, prioritise resources and create a sustainable education environment. This is second only to high quality teaching in terms of the positive impact on young people.

Increasingly senior leadership teams in education are being asked to consider issues such as financial performance, strategic change, leadership and corporate social responsibility as a core part of their role. As budget cuts affect the sector, it is even more important to ensure schools are efficient and, more importantly, delivering effective education. During this course you will address key commercial issues and set them into context within the education sector, allowing you to make an immediate impact
in your workplace.

Our highly experienced education team will bring together their specialist sector knowledge with our business management experts to deliver a course that is tailored to your needs.

During the course you will be able to network with professionals from the education sector and other industries to share current knowledge and best practice.
