About this course

Throughout the course you will be encouraged to develop and cultivate your knowledge of modern construction management principles and relate them directly to your current and/or future professional employment roles within the industry. The course develops and builds on traditional management skills and disciplines and places them in their historical context. In this way you will see how methodologies have been changed and adapted as sustainable construction projects have grown increasingly complex.

The combination of core and optional modules enables the construction and facilities managers to tailor their studies to address topics important in successfully achieving and maintaining sustainable built environments, whether they be significant property developments or private finance initiative projects including hospital, airports facilities and office development.
