About this course

This challenging and intellectually-stimulating programme will provide you with an exciting combination of both technical and strategic learning. In addition to developing your financial techniques and knowledge to an impressive professional level, you'll also nurture key skills such as critical thinking, communication, team /group work, leading, reflecting, managing and organisation.

We are an accredited ACCA and CIMA study centre, and our staff are all professionally qualified and have industry as well as academic experience. In addition to teaching on degree programmes, they also teach on the professional body courses - ACCA and CIMA, helping us to prepare you for the external ACCA professional papers at the same time as you are studying for your MSc.

This programme is well suited to students seeking to enhance their financial skills and looking to accumulate key employability skills, with the additional benefit of individual personal development.

 

Entry requirements

For the MSc you will usually need:

  • A good honours degree with an accounting background
  • If English is not your first language, you will also need IELTS 6.5

For obtaining the dual award MSc and ACCA you will need:

  • A good honours degree in Accounting which provides exemptions from the first 9 ACCA papers.
  • To be registered with ACCA - this will be the student's own responsibility.
  • If English is not your first language, you will also need IELTS 6.5

This is a classroom based course.

UK/EU students

  • £695 per module (you usually take 9 of these modules in total)

International students

  • Full time: £10,455 (in total)
