BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management and Mathematics
What is Joint Honours?
With joint honours, you can study for an honours degree in two or even three subjects. Find out more about joint honours.
Human Resource Management
You can combine HR with another subject and study it as a major, joint or minor pathway, which means that you can choose the amount of HR modules you want to take in your degree.
The first stage will introduce you to business and HR. The second stage develops an understanding of the policies, procedures and practices of HR. You can choose to take a placement year as your third year, or move straight to the final stage where you'll be looking at HR strategies and how these link in to the overall organisation and business strategies.

Mathematics
You can study Mathematics as either a minor or joint element of your Joint Honours degree.
The Mathematics pathways offer you the opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of concepts in mathematics, statistics and operational research, and enable you to explore the use of maths within the modern world of business. You'll develop analytical problem solving skills, communication skills and IT skills, working independently and as a member of a team. Our links with locally based international companies means you can work with them, integrating and applying your knowledge to practical real life situations.
