BSc (Hons) in Geology and Property Development

What is Joint Honours?

With joint honours, you can study for an honours degree in two or even three subjects. Find out more about joint honours.

Geology

We offer a wide range of modules to give you the flexibility to follow your own areas of interest in the second and third stages. You can design your own distinctive routes: for instance, you can follow an applied or environmental theme.

Fieldwork is important in Geology involving both local and residential studies, including travel overseas - and if you're following either major or joint pathway, you'll be able to take part in any of these. We offer Geology as either a major, joint or minor subject.

Property Development

Today's property market is huge, and the need for people to manage increasingly high value and diverse property portfolios continues to grow. Property development covers everything from renovating a small house to multi-million pound development schemes and we've developed this course to reflect this.

A joint honours degree is flexible, so you can tailor your course to your own interests. You'll focus on the knowledge and skills you'll need to get a job in property development in the UK or overseas when you graduate.
