What is Joint Honours?

With joint honours, you can study for an honours degree in two or even three subjects. Find out more about joint honours.

Law

There is a wide range of exciting and interesting law options for you to choose from depending on your interest in either private or public law, allowing you flexibility in selecting options which compliment the other subjects you will study alongside Law.

For example, if you are studying Law and Criminology you may wish to study choose Criminal Law, Law of Evidence and Police Powers and the Law, for those with and interest in crime. If you're studying Law and Business you may wish to select Contract Law, Commercial Law, Consumer Law, or Corporate Law.  You also have the invaluable opportunity of developing your particular interests by studying a subject of your choice in more depth as part of your Independent Studies in your final year.

Sport and Exercise Studies

During this course you'll have lots of opportunities to do practical work in our excellent sports facilities. Our physiology laboratory contains the latest equipment for testing and measuring health and fitness, and you'll use a range of computer software packages for performance and statistical analysis. You'll find some of the best lifting equipment available in our strength and conditioning room. We've also got treatment and specialist assessment rooms in our Clinical Skills Suite. And you'll also use our sports hall, outdoor pitches, floodlit synthetic football and hockey pitch and a health and fitness suite during the course.
