BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts

What is Joint Honours?

With joint honours, you can study for an honours degree in two or even three subjects. Find out more about joint honours.

International Hospitality Management

This programme develops an understanding of the nature of the hospitality environment, with an emphasis on the need to reflect on and question the diverse values and practices that shape the industry today.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer experiential learning which has meant we have a high number of graduates who go straight into employment. This style of learning - gaining experience through our on site restaurants and bistro, connecting with our industry contacts and going on placement is an invaluable way for you to pick up the key skills you need for immediate employment when you graduate.

Culinary Arts

You'll develop your understanding of food production, food from around the world, the history of food and a range of culinary arts. You'll learn the business skills you need for working at supervisory levels in a professional environment.

Our staff and students represent a wide diversity (age and ethnicity/nationality). This enables you to broaden your perspectives, as we talk about own life experiences in the classroom and also work together in practical sessions.
