BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management and Property Development

What is Joint Honours?

With joint honours, you can study for an honours degree in two or even three subjects. Find out more about joint honours.

Human Resource Management

You can combine HR with another subject and study it as a major, joint or minor pathway, which means that you can choose the amount of HR modules you want to take in your degree.

The first stage will introduce you to business and HR. The second stage develops an understanding of the policies, procedures and practices of HR. You can choose to take a placement year as your third year, or move straight to the final stage where you'll be looking at HR strategies and how these link in to the overall organisation and business strategies.

Property Development

Today's property market is huge, and the need for people to manage increasingly high value and diverse property portfolios continues to grow. Property development covers everything from renovating a small house to multi-million pound development schemes and we've developed this course to reflect this.

A joint honours degree is flexible, so you can tailor your course to your own interests. You'll focus on the knowledge and skills you'll need to get a job in property development in the UK or overseas when you graduate.
