If you're keen on a career in general management, this course will give you the perfect start. You'll learn the theories of management and apply them to real situations, which will prepare you for a career in a dynamic business environment. You'll have the knowledge and skills you need for a management role in industry or commerce, and, depending on the pathway you choose, you can specialise in people management, marketing, enterprise or information systems.
Today's property market is huge, and the need for people to manage increasingly high value and diverse property portfolios continues to grow. Property development covers everything from renovating a small house to multi-million pound development schemes and we've developed this course to reflect this.
A joint honours degree is flexible, so you can tailor your course to your own interests. You'll focus on the knowledge and skills you'll need to get a job in property development in the UK or overseas when you graduate.
