Our counselling courses give you the knowledge and skills to support vulnerable people and play a big part in their wellbeing.
You’ll be taught in our dedicated counselling suite by an experienced team, many of whom work in therapeutic practice.
You’ll also go on a variety of placements which will form a key part of your training, developing vital skills which you’ll draw upon in your future career.

- Our teaching team are specialists within their therapeutic fields, so you’ll be kept up-to-date with the latest thinking and practice
- Our dedicated counselling suite boasts five consultation rooms to support your training and development. We also have a group observation room in our psychology suite, which can be used as a family therapy counselling room
- You’ll have the opportunity to discover how relevant organisations operate, by taking part in insight visits. These take place in a range of health and social care settings and provide an invaluable insight into counselling and psychotherapy principles in practice.
