About the course

Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to the ability to perceive, control and evaluate emotions. Understanding EI will enhance your performance in the workplace.

  • Develop strategies for managing their own emotions and the emotions of workplace colleagues and associates.
  • How EI can be used to enhance your career opportunities.
