Knowledge Transfer Partnerships

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) can provide a wide range of benefits to organisations of every size

A Knowledge Transfer Partnership is a partnership between your organisation and the University of Derby that is designed to address a defined business need.

The programme of work is implemented by a recently qualified person (known as the Associate), recruited to specifically work on the project. Working within your organisation, the Associate leverages the knowledge, skills and technology available within the University of Derby, under the close supervision and support of an academic expert.
