We provide work based learning and employee training programmes that are designed to fit around the individual and employer's needs with a view to driving both personal development and organisational performance with minimum disruption occurring in the workplace.
Work based learning and employee training programmes can accommodate and combine a range of techniques to achieve this, for example face to face contact with tutors alongside group discussions with fellow students in the workplace and online meetings and support within a virtual learning environment.
