My role is focused on organisational and individual growth through the creative design, development and implementation of programmes which recognise learning in the work place. I have extensive experience of providing creative solutions to client proposals and tenders, as well as managing client relationships at a strategic and operational level.

I am a professional facilitator and have worked extensively across the UK, working with individuals and organisations nationally and internationally to support them in their journey to understanding and implementing change and transformation. I have delivered leadership and management development and change programmes, given presentations, workshops and run training events in the UK and abroad.

Prior to this, I spent 10 years in a number of strategic marketing roles in the public and private sectors.
