Flexible
We provide a wide range of training and development services from learning programmes to 'off the shelf' courses to meet specific gaps, all of which can be delivered in-house, online or at the purpose built University of Derby Enterprise Centre or a combination of these.
We also deliver learning programmes through online platforms developed in conjunction with our online learning partner Innovation for Learning.
Responsive
Our aim is to enable our clients to maximise the benefits of training and development whilst minimising the associated administration through our client service.
We are committed to continuous professional development with our Workforce Development Fellows providing on-going insights into maximising the benefits of work based learning.
Relevant
Everything we do is driven by employer priorities, whether a large scale bespoke learning programme or a short course to meet an industry skill requirement.
Our starting point is a business need or desired outcome with every aspect of the solution - from the format of the programme to the assessment methodology - designed accordingly.
Quality
As well as providing the very best learning facilities through the University of Derby Enterprise Centre, we are committed to accreditation of both training and in-company learning to provide formal recognition of the value of learning to both learners and employers.
