Enhancing Human Capital through Innovative Workforce Development

With the completion of the University of Derby Enterprise Centre, this conference was an important event for University of Derby Corporate (UDC) marking two years since the launch of the organisation.

The conference was held over two days (16 - 17 September 2010) with a variety of speakers and networking opportunities. The focus was on the work of UDC and in particular its Workforce Development Fellows who are the distinctive element which has contributed to its success.

Speakers at the event included Professor John Coyne, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Derby, Professor Craig Mahoney, Chief Executive of the Higher Education Authority, as well as a number of other guest speakers and speakers associated with UDC.
