In 2008 we began a brand new series of celebrity evenings featuring University of Derby honorary graduates.
"An evening with..." features well known people from Derbyshire and beyond talking about their lives.
The first to take the stage was Lesley Smith, Curator at Tutbury Castle. She has transformed the fortunes of this ancient monument site into one of the most visited attractions in the Derbyshire area.
Lesley, dressed as the ill fated Queen, talked about Mary's life at Tutbury in her presentation.
