The University of Derby welcomed a number of high profile politicians to its Kedleston Road site in October, when it hosted the BBC Radio 4 programme Any Questions? The topical discussion panel show was broadcast live from the University's Courtroom in front of a packed audience of Derby residents.
The audience posed questions about the recent spending review, trident and education, which sparked plenty of debate between panel members Justine Greening MP, Economic Secretary for the Treasury, Shadow Leader of the House of Commons, Hilary Benn MP, General Secretary of the NUT, Christine Blower and the Editor of the Spectator, Fraser Nelson.
The panel show was chaired as usual by Jonathan Dimbleby.
