Phillip Long
The University hosted Professor Philip Long from the University of Queensland who is Director of their Centre for Educational Innovation and Technology. He leads on research, the development and dissemination of educational innovation through the strategic use of space (physical and virtual) and technology for learning and research.
Professor Long will be spent 2 days at the University working with the senior management team on developing our vision for technology enhanced learning (TEL) at the University of Derby and our implementation strategy, and working with a range of staff from across the Institution providing workshops and exploring our existing innovative practice to consider how this can be maximised and disseminated.
