Rebecca has given interviews to local and national press and radio interviews in the areas of food allergy and intolerance and parapsychology.
She has also been filmed for the BBC Horizon programme on food allergies. Elsewhere in psychology, the world's biggest Ghost Hunt at Alton Towers, in Staffordshire resulted in media coverage in The Daily Star and on NBC in America. Masterminded by Rebecca, the event in 2006 gauged people's paranormal experiences and attracted more than 800 people to take part.
