What can Lovemore talk about?
Lovemore can talk about several aspects of social psychology including celebrity image, people's causal explanations of their own as well as other people's behaviours. Lovemore is also interested in inter-group perceptions as causes of inter-group conflict. He has professional and academic interests in psychology and racism; Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL); abnormal psychology and professional ethnocentrism.
Case Study
A picture can tell a thousand words, and Lovemore demonstrated this to good effect when he worked with the Press Association to psychologically assess the re-election family picture pose of Tony Blair after his election victory in 2005. Lovemore was able to assess the mood of the then Prime Minister, which was picked up by numerous media.
